Disputes and Employment Counsel (3-Month)

What you'll do You will provide support to our Disputes and Employment team in an international scale You will provide employment/HR support across people related issues, including: recruitment, visas, policies, agreements, employee relations, grievances, whistleblowing, anti-discrimination law compliance, responding to employment authorities, team moves, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, terminations and post-termination restrictions.

You will provide support to our Disputes practice, including intellectual property, financial, commercial, corporate, criminal, liquidation, compliance, law enforcement and consumer legal matters.

You will conduct legal research, review documents, conduct legal analysis and draft documents.

What you'll need 5-10 PQE qualified common law lawyer with experience in a reputable law firm and in-house organisation.

Graduated with a law degree from a major common law jurisdiction (e.g.

UK, HK or SG).

Start-up experience is advantageous, especially demonstrable experience in handling complex legal matters in fast-paced and exacting situations.

Experience and knowledge of crypto products, regulations and transactions are advantageous.

Ability to work independently, exercise common sense judgement and make tough decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent legal drafting and interpretation skills.

Excellent command of English, and business proficient Mandarin language skills are required.
