What you'll do Liquidity Network Building & Management:  Handle connections, evaluate and manage international mainstream LP and bridge/gateway services, continuously optimize quotes (Spread/Slippage/Reject Rate).

A/B Book Dynamic Routing & Hedging:  Participate in hybrid mixed control framework construction, design and optimize A/B Book position allocation strategies, monitor large data flows in real time (such as non-farm payrolls, CPI), and split partial or fully off-load internal/external LP conflicts, controlling platform risk exposure.

Exchange System Deep Parameter Tuning:  Proficiently operate  MT5 Administrator / Manager  terminal, perform dynamic adjustment and fine-tuning of positions or special orders, set strong lines (Margin Call/Stop Out), manage position limits/open limits, and configure precise settings for symbols/groups.

Toxic Flow Identification & Defense:  Use data analysis tools to monitor and identify latency arbitrage, high-frequency scalping, churning, and other abnormal trading behaviors, routing them away from STP/ECN channels.

Server Architecture & Trading Environment Optimization:  Coordinate with the IT operations team, participate in MT5 primary/backup server full deployment planning, optimize datacenter node and upstream LP cross-connect (Cross Connect), reducing trading latency to millisecond level.

What you'll need 3–5 years of experience at a forex/CFD broker back-office trading desk (Dealing Desk), liquidity management, or risk control core position.

Proficient in MT5 Admin & MT5 Manager , familiar with routing configurations for various bridge/gateways (e.g.

PrimeXM, Gold-i, OneZero).

Hands-on hedging experience at real trading desks.

Deep understanding of STP, MM, ECN mechanisms, clear understanding of how to minimize execution slippage at high speed, and how to reject orders.

Understand the advantages and access criteria of mainstream liquidity providers, familiar with FIX API protocols and order flow (Order Flow) underlying logic.

Familiar with basic MT5 server architecture.
