What you'll do Deeply analyze the pain points and needs of VIP users, improve the VIP services and rights of the platform, and improve the retention and activity of major customers through effective operation strategies.
Combining important businesses such as spot trading, contracts, wealth management, and US stock tokens, we can output effective strategies for VIPs, increase their user base and product penetration.
Work closely with the product team, business team, Customer Manager (RM), and regional marketing team to integrate resources and develop and implement effective VIP growth strategies.
Based on Data Analysis and growth needs, optimize VIP layering and lifecycle management system to improve business target effectiveness.
Monitor market trends and competitor dynamics, adjust operational strategies in a timely manner, and maintain a leading competitive advantage.
Plan and organize marketing activities for VIP customers, improve customer participation and active level through content operation, marketing activities, etc., and promote the deepening of Customer relationship.
What you'll need Language proficiency: Proficient in Chinese and English, able to communicate fluently in writing and speaking.
Work experience: More than 2 years of user operation related work experience, with experience in large customer operations preferred.
Industry experience: Experience in the digital currency industry or traditional financial industry is preferred.
Professional Ability: Strong business thinking and resource integration ability, excellent XFN communication and collaboration ability; Excellent business thinking, logical analysis and systematic planning ability, sensitive to data, able to quickly identify market dynamics and customer demand changes. 岗位职责: 深入分析VIP用户的痛点与需求,完善平台的VIP服务与权益,通过有效运营策略提升大客户留存和活跃; 结合重要业务,如现货、合约、理财、美股代币等产品,能够输出针对VIP的有效策略,提升VIP用户规模、产品渗透度; 与产品团队、业务团队、客户经理(RM)及区域市场团队紧密合作,整合资源,制定并实施有效的VIP增长策略; 基于数据分析与增长需求,优化VIP分层与生命周期管理体系,以提升业务目标效果; 监控市场趋势及竞争对手动态,及时调整运营策略,保持领先竞争优势; 策划并组织针对VIP客户的营销活动,通过内容运营、营销活动等,提升客户参与度与活跃度,促进客户关系的深化。 任职要求: 语言能力:精通中文和英文,能够进行流畅的书面和口头沟通; 工作经验:具有2年以上用户运营相关工作经验,有大客户运营经验优先; 行业经验:数字货币行业或传统金融行业经验优先; 专业能力:具备较强的业务思维和资源整合能力,出色的跨部门沟通与协作能力;拥有优秀的商业思维、逻辑分析和系统性规划能力,对数据敏感,能够快速识别市场动态与客户需求变化。 Why Bitget?
