Develop and implement a comprehensive architectural strategy for financial systems, encompassing ERP Fusion Cloud, EPM Cloud, integrations, analytics, and crypto-related technologies. Design robust, scalable financial processes that meet the company’s current needs and growth. Lead the architecture and design of integrations between finance systems, ensuring seamless data flow and automation across platforms. Architect and implement data analytics and reporting solutions, providing insights that support strategic financial decision-making. Serve as the technical lead for the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud and other key financial systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on time, high-quality delivery. Find opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements, applying standard methodologies to optimize our finance and accounting systems. Lead all aspects of system upgrades, ensuring new features and updates are effectively integrated into the existing environment. Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to define reporting requirements and develop dashboards, critical metrics, and other analytics tools. Lead the integration of crypto-related products into the financial systems architecture, ensuring alignment with current financial workflows and compliance standards. Work closely with the Finance Systems Director, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on system architecture and project priorities. Guide, mentor, and build a high-performing finance systems team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure all financial systems are aligned with SOX and other regulatory requirements. Implement, maintain and demonstrate database technical functionality, such as performance, security and reliability to ensue robust security measures to protect financial data.
Telecommuting permitted up to 50% per week within same geographic location as assigned office location.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus eight (8) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate financial systems architecture and implementation experience.
Alternatively, will accept Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus six (6) years of experience in financial systems architecture and implementation.
Of the required experience, must have six (6) years of experience using middleware platforms, including Oracle Integration Cloud, Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft.
Must have four (4) years of experience implementing, architecting, designing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion EPM Cloud, and financial planning systems.
Must have four (4) years of experience using core finance processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Fusion Accounting Hub, Risk Management Cloud(AFC and AAC), Security and Controls, and Revenue Recognition.
Must have four (4) years of experience ensuring financial systems are aligned with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
Must have three (3) years of experience in each of the following (which may be gained concurrently):
