Responsibilities:
Establish an English-speaking customer service team to handle all inquiries.
- Online Customer Service Group: 3 agents (1 per shift for morning, afternoon, and night shifts).
- Ticket Team: 1 agent.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to read/type and reply in:
- Chinese & English (for candidates from Malaysia), or
- English only (for candidates from the Philippines).
- Must have industry-specific customer service experience (>1 year) or general customer service experience (>2 years).
- Able to work morning/night shifts.
