Identify, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with PI, UHNW individuals, and VIPs, with a focus on clients who are active or interested in digital assets and crypto markets.
Proactively source, pitch, and onboard new VIP clients, guiding them through the full onboarding journey.
Promote and market the firm’s investment products and digital asset offerings, with a focus on increasing client engagement and trading activity.
Lead the end-to-end client lifecycle: prospecting, product discovery, bespoke solutions, onboarding, ongoing servicing, and long-term retention of VIP and high-activity clients.
Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, Trading) to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient onboarding and execution, particularly for digital asset flows.
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategy, client positioning, and product penetration.
Represent the firm at industry events, Web3 conferences, networking functions, and private client gatherings to enhance brand visibility and expand the firm’s VIP ecosystem.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, ideally in a leading crypto / digital asset platform.
Proven track record in acquiring, onboarding, and managing PI/UHNW/VIP clients.
Strong interest and familiarity with digital assets, crypto trading, or Web3.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship management, and driving trading volume.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
