We are looking for a highly driven Head of Institutional Partnerships & Business Development to lead our market expansion, forge strategic alliances, and acquire Tier-1 institutional clients globally.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

Institutional Sales & Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle to acquire high-net-worth individuals, family offices, quantitative hedge funds, and traditional asset managers. Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with key digital asset infrastructure providers, including prime brokers, custodians, and major exchanges. Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the global institutional go-to-market (GTM) strategy for BASIS. Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of institutional prospects, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our elite client base. Market Representation: Represent BASIS at top-tier global financial and digital asset summits (e.g., Paris Blockchain Week, Token2049, TradFi forums) to expand our network and influence.

What You Bring (Requirements)

7+ years of senior Business Development or Institutional Sales experience within Traditional Finance (Prime Brokerage, Asset Management) or Institutional Digital Assets. A deep, verifiable rolodex of active relationships with family offices, hedge funds, and institutional investors. Comprehensive understanding of digital asset market structure, algorithmic trading, and yield generation strategies. Ability to articulate highly technical infrastructure concepts to sophisticated financial executives. Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and strategic thinking skills, with a relentless drive to close deals.
