As a Performance-Based Public Relations Strategic Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving
the success of our clients' public relations initiatives through strategic planning, execution, and
performance optimization. You will work closely with clients to understand their PR objectives, devise
tailored strategies, and deliver measurable results. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, PR
expertise, and a focus on achieving tangible outcomes, along with a basic knowledge of crypto.
Additionally, you will directly report to the COO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and
objectives.
● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships built
on trust and collaboration.
● Conduct regular meetings and consultations to understand client objectives, gather
feedback, and align PR strategies with their goals.
● Anticipate client needs and proactively offer strategic PR solutions to enhance their brand
visibility and reputation.
● Collaborate with clients and our Strategy team to develop comprehensive PR strategies
that align with their business goals and target audiences.
● Pitch earned media stories to Tier 1 and Tier 2 journalists
● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify PR opportunities, trends,
and industry insights.
● Translate strategic PR plans into actionable campaigns, initiatives, and tactics that deliver
measurable outcomes.
● Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of PR
campaigns and initiatives.
● Monitor media coverage, social media engagement, and other PR metrics to assess
campaign performance and effectiveness.
● Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and
deliver actionable insights to clients.
● Work closely with internal PR teams, creative departments, and external partners to
execute PR campaigns seamlessly.
● Collaborate with marketing, digital, and content teams to ensure PR strategies are
integrated with broader marketing initiatives.
● Facilitate communication and alignment between different departments to deliver
cohesive PR strategies that resonate with target audiences.
● Identify potential PR risks and issues that may arise, and develop proactive strategies
and crisis communication plans to mitigate their negative impact.
● Monitor industry trends and news cycles for potential PR challenges or crises, providing
timely recommendations and responses to clients.
● Proven record of Tier 1 and Tier experiences (Evidence)
● Proven experience in PR account management, strategic communications, or related roles within
the public relations industry.
● Intermediate knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, press releases, and
media pitches.
● Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving tangible outcomes and
ROI for clients.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet
deadlines effectively.
