What you'll do Support global market research across priority regions, working closely with external agencies on study design and execution Independently conduct internal user research, including surveys, interviews, and desk research Develop research frameworks to guide both external and internal studies Analyze data and synthesize insights into structured reports and recommendations Prepare and deliver clear presentations to company-wide and regional teams Identify key trends, user behaviors, and actionable opportunities What you'll need Solid understanding of the crypto industry and market landscape Experience in market research, user research, or strategy-related roles Strong ability to structure problems, build frameworks, and generate insights Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), able to present findings clearly Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a global team environment Why Bitget?
