If you are looking for cutting-edge work, where you will have opportunities to develop your career among peers who are experts in their field, and you believe in the future of digital currency, then look no further than Bitget! 岗位职责 销售赋能：将阶段目标、产品卖点、定价/返佣/费用、活动机制拆解为销售/渠道团队可执行的动作与节奏（SOP、脚本、节拍、KPI、物料），跟进执行质量并复盘优化。 渠道/销售团队对接：对接并赋能IB与BD团队，建立例会与反馈机制，推进重点渠道增长与项目落地，收集并沉淀一线需求。 商业竞品研究：从“渠道打法与商业模型”出发，持续跟踪竞品（返佣/CPA/Rev‑Share/Hybrid、活动、政策、代理体系），形成定量/定性分析与策略建议。 政策与数据优化：基于转化、激活、留存、净入金、活跃交易者、交易量、ROI等指标，设计并迭代渠道政策与激励方案（分层返佣、区域定价、活动机制、A/B测试）。 培训与赋能：组织战役启动会、销售培训与FAQ，产出Pitch Deck/话术/对比材料/IB招募材料，提升团队策略理解与执行一致性。 合规与风险协同：评估渠道政策与活动的合规性，与法务/合规/风控协作，完善审批与留痕。 跨部门业务推进：联合产品、运营、市场、客服、支付与财务等推进项目里程碑，闭环复盘并固化最佳实践。 Why Bitget?
