What you'll do Market Penetration & KOL Acquisition Identify and onboard top-tier Crypto KOLs, Trading Educators, and Signal Providers in the Balkans.

Negotiate and execute Payment/Rebate deals to drive user acquisition and trading volume.

Local Community & Events Represent Bitget at key regional events (e.g., Balkan Blockchain Summit, Belgrade Blockchain Week).

Build relationships with OTC desks, local payment agents, and crypto-friendly communities.

What you'll need 1–4 years in Crypto BD or Sales, specifically in the Balkan/CIS region.

Network: Proven track record of working with local KOLs, IBs, or community leaders. (Must be able to show examples of past partnerships).

Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of Spot, Futures (Derivatives), and Copy Trading.

Familiarity with how retail traders in the Balkans use crypto (hedging, speculation, remittance).

Language: Fluent English; native Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian is a strong plus.

Culture Fit: "Hustler" mindset — willing to travel, meet traders offline, and build relationships in a face-to-face culture.

Independence: Self-starter who can operate autonomously in a non-EEA regulatory environment.

Onboard 5+ active KOL/IB partners with verified volume per month.

Drive at least $1 Monthly Trading Volume from the Balkan region at least after probation ended.
