What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end design of back-office clearing and settlement products for U.S. equities and U.S. equity options under the Omnibus model.
- Design the reconciliation framework for Omnibus accounts, including end-to-end external reconciliation processes for positions, cash, trades, and settlement/delivery.
- Design product workflows covering daily clearing, book-entry accounting, cash and securities settlement, and corporate-action adjustments for U.S. equities and options.
- Design options-specific clearing and settlement workflows, including premium settlement, expiry handling, exercise and assignment settlement, and abandonment processing.
- Define back-office rules and exception-handling workflows for reconciliation breaks, clearing errors, settlement failures, and other operational exceptions.
- Work closely with Trading, Risk, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across clearing, settlement, and accounting records.
What you'll need
- 3–5+ years of back-office clearing and settlement product experience at a cross-border brokerage.
- Strong understanding of the full clearing and settlement lifecycle for U.S. equities and listed equity options, including familiarity with OCC options clearing rules.
- Deep expertise in Omnibus account architecture, with hands-on experience in external reconciliation with upstream brokers, netting and clearing, and double-entry accounting.
- Familiarity with core back-office processes for U.S. corporate actions, cash and position reconciliation, and exception/error handling.
- Strong ability to break down complex financial business rules, model operational workflows, and drive cross-functional delivery. Experience delivering U.S. cross-border clearing and settlement solutions is preferred.

- 负责美股期权专属流程设计，覆盖权利金清算、到期处置、行权交割、弃权处理等场景。
- 负责对账差异、清算差错、交割异常等问题的后台规则与处置流程设计。
- 协同交易、风控、研发、财务团队，保障清结算账务一致。
任职要求：
- 3-5年以上跨境券商清结算后台产品经验。
- 熟悉美股、美股期权完整清结算链路，了解OCC期权清算规则。
- 精通Omnibus综合账户架构，具备上游券商外部对账、轧差清算、双边记账核心经验。
- 熟悉美股公司行为、资金持仓核对、异常差错处理等后台核心逻辑。
- 具备极强的金融业务规则拆解、流程建模与跨团队推进能力，有美股跨境清结算落地经验优先
