Chief Risk Officer - CRO (WhiteBIT Broker)

We are looking for a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead and oversee the company’s risk management and compliance functions.

The role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, financial, and regulatory risks, while ensuring full compliance with the requirements of the National Bank of Georgia.

The CRO will play a key role in maintaining the stability of brokerage operations, strengthening internal controls, and supporting sustainable business growth within a regulated environment.

This position requires strong strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced industry. - Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in financial, brokerage, or risk management sectors - Experience in a leadership role within CRO / Risk / Compliance functions is considered an advantage - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - Ability to make decisions in high-responsibility environments - Practical experience working with regulations of the National Bank of Georgia - In-depth knowledge of risk management, control, and compliance principles - Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams - Develop and implement the company’s risk management strategy - Ensure compliance of brokerage activities with the regulations of the National Bank of Georgia - Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks - Establish and improve internal control mechanisms - Prepare and present regular reports to management and, when required, to regulatory authorities - Support the stability of company operations and business continuity from a risk management perspective - Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective risk management - Monitor regulatory changes and adapt internal processes accordingly - Respond promptly to critical issues and implement risk mitigation measures Your Official Start in the Web3 World: — Join a team driving innovation in the digital asset and brokerage space. — Official employment with tax compensation ensures stability in a rapidly evolving industry.
