Our official partners include Juventus, FC Barcelona, Lifecell, FACEIT, and VISA. — Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist, HR Specialist, Recruiter or similar — Solid knowledge of local labor law and HR compliance practices — Hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, adaptation, and employee lifecycle management — Proficiency in HR documentation and administrative workflows — Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across teams — High level of self-organization and attention to detail — Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets and HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, 1C, Bitrix24, Zoho People, etc.) — Language requirements: fluent English plus German — Ability to coordinate and maintain efficient office functioning — Oversee recruiting, onboarding and adaptation processes for new hires — Maintain accurate HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws (employment contracts, orders, leaves, terminations, etc.) — Promote and support internal communications and corporate culture initiatives — Assist with HR programs including employee engagement surveys, performance feedback, and efficiency evaluations — Maintain employee records and HR analytics, prepare internal reports and dashboards — Coordinate with external providers (e.g. payroll, health insurance, training vendors) — Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and internal procedures — Organizing and maintaining the daily operations of the office — Planning and conducting team-building events and internal activities — Partially covering office manager responsibilities: office supply management, handling incoming correspondence, liaising with vendors
