What you'll do
- 与LP对接，获取/校验定价；监控点差、滑点、拒单、延迟、偏价等KPI，建立LP评分与优化闭环。
- 维护定价/路由与对冲逻辑，按策略在A/B Book或STP之间进行配置与调整，跟踪执行结果并优化参数。
- 负责MT5平台与桥接/聚合器的巡检、参数配置、版本变更与UAT。
- 能完成交易组与合约规格、保证金与杠杆、佣金与Swap、加点与返佣、订单路由与对冲规则、风险/限额等配置。
- 排查订单执行链路：基于日志/报表分析定价、路由、会话状态与FIX连接，定位延迟/丢包等问题并联动IT与供应商闭环。
- 处理MT5交易支持工单：订单状态、拒单/滑点、保证金与杠杆、PnL/Swap/佣金、平台异常等，形成可追溯结论与修复方案。
- 每日对账与运营控制：成交/持仓/余额/费用核对，异常核查，输出T+0/T+1报表。
- 客户平台使用支持（Bitget App & Bitget MT5）
- 支持客户使用交易平台，包括Bitget App与Bitget MT5；对客户反馈的问题进行排查定位，并提供清晰的功能指引、操作路径与使用建议。
- 与客服/技术/IT/供应商协同复现与解决客户端问题，确保工单闭环、进展同步及审计留痕。
- 作为VIP客户的关键支持接口，及时响应其交易相关咨询、执行/系统使用问题及平台功能疑问，提供针对性协助与解释。
- 收集VIP客户对执行质量与平台体验的反馈，推动内部跨团队协作改进与问题闭环。
- 解读交易与风控报表，关注敞口、集中度、净头寸、极端波动与可疑交易；配合风控/管理层落实SOP与审计留痕。
- 基于市场波动与成交数据输出风险提示与市场简报；为销售/客服提供交易侧解释与资料。
- 故障复盘与归因分析，维护Runbook/SOP，推进流程与系统优化。
What you'll need
- 3+年及以上FX/CFD经纪商的机构部门，Trading Operations/Trade Support或VIP客户服务经验（高级岗建议3–5年+）。
- 深入理解订单执行与经纪业务机制：A/B Book、对冲、加点与点差、滑点机理、保证金与杠杆、PnL/Swap/佣金计算。
- 精通MT5平台，能独立完成交易组/合约、保证金/杠杆、费用/返佣、路由与对冲、风控限额等配置；具备强排障能力。
- 熟悉至少一种桥接/聚合器，理解定价流、FIX会话与路由。
- 对市场与数字高度敏感，具备出色的数据分析与问题定位能力，能在快节奏与突发事件下稳定输出。
- 良好的英文读写与跨部门沟通能力；可根据业务需要安排工作时段。
