What you'll do Own and execute BD strategy for the CIS market; drive partnerships and growth.

Build, manage, and scale local partnerships (KOLs, communities, trader groups, etc.).

KOL management: identify, onboard, maintain relationships, run campaigns, and optimize performance.

Attend industry events/meetups frequently; represent the company and deliver presentations.

Deliver measurable results: define plans, track progress, and consistently achieve assigned KPIs.

What you'll need Proven experience in crypto industry (BD, growth, ecosystem, marketing, partnerships).

Based in Ukraine/Belarus with strong local market understanding.

Existing CIS network/resources (KOLs, communities, media, projects, partners) is a strong plus.

Strong BD execution: sourcing, negotiation, closing, and end-to-end delivery.

Hands-on experience expanding and managing KOLs/influencers with clear outcomes.

Strong KPI and results ownership: data-driven, accountable, able to hit targets under pressure.

Self-driven, curious, responsible; proactive learner.

Comfortable with frequent offline meetings/travel and public speaking/presenting.

Fluent Russian & English speaker Preferred Background from a large company / top-tier organization.

Track record of closing meaningful partnerships and driving measurable growth.
