— Experience in preparing and structuring vacancy requirements;
— Understanding of role seniority levels and ability to differentiate between Junior, Middle, and Senior specialists based on responsibilities, skills, and expectations;
— Strong organizational and coordination skills;
— Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously;
— Good communication skills and stakeholder management;
— Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
— Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
Talent Demand & Hiring Process:
— Collect and consolidate data on job openings from hiring managers
— Transfer job opening requests for salary analytics
— Gather and validate budget information for open positions from hiring managers
— Coordinate budget alignment with hiring managers based on salary analytics results
— Facilitate the approval process, ensuring all required approvals are obtained
— Monitor and update the status of job applications throughout the process
Internal Talent Search & Talent Pool:
— Work with the internal Talent Pool to identify relevant candidates for open positions
— Support internal search processes, including collecting applications and initial candidate communication
— Coordinate internal interview processes between candidates and hiring managers
Employee Rotations:
— Support or manage employee rotations within one or two departments
— Identify potential internal opportunities aligned with employee profiles
— Coordinate communication between employees and managers during rotation processes
— Ensure smooth execution of rotations in successful cases
— Maintain and update rotation-related reporting
— Experience in HR, Talent Management, or Operations
— Experience working with internal mobility or recruitment processes
— Familiarity with HR systems and tools
