— Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow structured guidelines
— Basic understanding or interest in user retention, CRM, or digital marketing
— Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote environment
— Comfortable using project management and communication platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack)
— Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, evolving team
— Input campaign data into ESP/CDP platforms (email, push, SMS, app inbox) following precise instructions.
— Conduct basic segmentation and audience list preparation based on templates.
— Support content collection, localization updates, and ensure messaging consistency across regions and channels
— Assist with system and service notification updates, checking templates and placeholders before sending
— Maintain campaign tracking and documentation in project management tools
— Participate in QA processes and assist with A/B test execution and feedback collection
— Collaborate closely with mid-level and senior managers via digital communication tools
