What you'll do
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, with at least 3 years of experience in operation / SRE / platform engineering
- Familiar with Linux, network, cloud computing (AWS preferred) and common operation systems (monitoring, release, logs, etc.)
- Familiar with at least one language such as Python or Go, and possess the ability to develop automation
- Familiar with the basic principles and applications of AI/LLM (such as OpenAI / Claude / LangChain / RAG)
- Preferred: Experience in implementing AI Agents / ChatOps / automated operation systems
- Have experience in building operation knowledge systems (Runbooks / SOPs / fault recovery, etc.)
- Have good system design skills, able to engineer AI capabilities
- Have good communication skills, capable of promoting cross-team collaboration (development, security, operation)
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, audit or assurance - preferably in tech, fintech, or financial services.
- Solid understanding of internal control and audit methodologies; experience in control testing is a must.
- Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, or virtual asset regulations is a strong advantage.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of designated areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
岗位职责：
- 负责 AI 在运维场景中的落地（如智能排障、日志分析、自动化运维、知识问答等），提升整体运维效率与稳定性
- 构建和优化运维 AI 能力体系，包括 AI Agent、自动化流程、智能诊断等
- 搭建运维知识体系（Runbook / FAQ / SOP），并结合 AI 实现自助化查询能力，减少人工咨询
- 推动研发/安全侧通过 AI 工具获取运维支持，降低运维 Support 成本
- 设计并实现 AI + 运维工具链（如 ChatOps、Agent workflow、自动化执行系统）
- 与 SRE / DevOps 团队协作，将 AI 能力融入 CI/CD、监控、告警与变更流程
- 评估并引入外部 AI 技术（如 LLM、RAG、Agent 框架），持续优化运维效率
- 建立 AI 运维使用规范与安全策略，确保数据安全与合规
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上运维 / SRE / 平台工程经验
- 熟悉 Linux、网络、云计算（AWS 优先）及常见运维体系（监控、发布、日志等）
- 熟悉 Python / Go 等至少一种语言，具备自动化开发能力
