The BD team is one of the company’s core growth engines, and AI-driven business development is central to how we operate. The South Asia BD team is responsible for expanding LBank’s partner ecosystem across markets such as India and Pakistan — one of the fastest-growing crypto user regions globally. The core objective is to drive growth in futures trading volume and new user registrations.
Responsibilities - Recruit and manage KOLs and community leaders across the South Asia region, while overseeing the full partner lifecycle. - Set and achieve monthly targets for futures trading volume and new user registrations, and provide weekly reports to headquarters in English. - Manage relationships with key VIP partners and negotiate customized partnership terms. - Monitor local regulatory and compliance developments to ensure all partner communications meet regulatory requirements. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto business development or affiliate operations, with verifiable market resources in South Asia. - Professional working proficiency in English (required); working proficiency in Hindi and/or Urdu is preferred. - Strong cross-cultural communication skills and familiarity with local social media ecosystems such as Telegram, WhatsApp, and YouTube. - Existing KOL or community resources in relevant South Asian markets are preferred. - Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion AI is a plus.
