What you'll do
1. Risk Product Planning & Architecture Construction
- Responsible for the overall planning and roadmap formulation of the exchange's risk control products. Focus on core business scenarios such as Spot, Derivatives/Futures, P2P, and Fiat On/Off-Ramp to identify potential risk exposures and drive the continuous construction and iteration of the risk product ecosystem.
- Design and implement tailored risk strategies and product solutions for core risk scenarios, including transaction fraud, account takeover (ATO), money laundering, wash trading/arbitrage, market manipulation, and P2P fraud.
- Own the product design and functional optimization of core modules such as risk rule engines, risk models, black/grey lists, KYC/AML verification, and case management systems.
2. Risk Strategy Formulation & Optimization
- Analyze risk characteristics and attack vectors continuously by combining on-chain data, transactional behavior data, and case reviews to deliver actionable strategy optimization plans.
- Collaborate closely with risk strategy, data, and algorithm teams to drive the R&D and deployment of rule-based strategies and intelligent risk models (including fraud intent recognition and syndication/group graph analysis).
- Establish a risk-effectiveness evaluation framework. Conduct regular quantitative analysis of strategy performance to strike an optimal balance between security blocking and false positives (user friction), driving continuous strategy iterations.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Deeply understand business requirements to formulate product solutions that balance robust security with a smooth user trading experience.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Customer Service, Algorithms, and Engineering, to ensure seamless execution of product solutions.
- Take full ownership of writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), organizing requirement reviews, and tracking development progress to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
4. Industry Research & Forward-Looking Insights
- Keep abreast of technical trends in the crypto risk control domain, tracking the application progress of on-chain analysis tools (e.g., Chainalysis, Elliptic) and industry best practices.
- Research the risk control product strategies of mainstream exchanges, proposing differentiated product optimization recommendations tailored to our business characteristics.
- Monitor emerging fraud techniques and evolution trends of attack vectors to maintain a proactive and predictive capability toward risks.
What you'll need
1. Basic Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Information Security, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in risk products, strategy products, or related fields. Backgrounds in crypto currency exchanges, payment institutions, or fintech platforms are highly preferred.
2. Professional Competencies
- Familiarity with common risk scenarios and corresponding risk mitigation methods within crypto exchanges, including but not limited to:
- Trading Risk: Wash trading, self-matching, market manipulation, and anomalous trading behavior identification.
- Account Security: Account takeover (ATO), credential stuffing/credential attacks, and anomalous login detection.
- P2P Risk: Off-platform guidance fraud, payment fraud, and syndicate wash trading.
- On/Off-Ramp Risk: Fiat fraud, credit card fraud, and illicit fund aggregation/layering.
- Data Proficiency: Strong data analysis capabilities; proficient in SQL or other data tools for data extraction and deep analysis, with a proven ability to uncover risk patterns from raw data.
- Technical Agility: Solid understanding of technical frameworks such as risk rule engines, machine learning models, knowledge graphs, and on-chain analytics, enabling smooth and effective communication with technical teams.
- Product Fundamentals: Outstanding product documentation skills, with the ability to independently deliver high-quality PRDs, workflows, strategy frameworks, and data reports.

岗位职责
风控产品规划与体系建设
负责交易所风控产品的整体规划与路线图制定，围绕现货、合约、P2P、法币出入金等核心业务场景，识别潜在风险敞口，推动风控产品体系的持续建设与迭代；
针对交易欺诈、账户盗用、洗钱、刷单套利、市场操纵、P2P 欺诈等核心风险场景，设计并落地对应的风控策略与产品方案；
负责风控规则引擎、风险模型、黑灰名单、KYC/AML 核验、案件管理系统等核心模块的产品设计与功能优化。
风险策略制定与优化
结合链上数据、交易行为数据及案件复盘，持续分析风险特征与作案链路，输出策略优化方案；
与风控策略、数据、算法团队协作，推动规则策略与智能风控模型（包括欺诈意图识别、团伙图谱识别等）的研发与上线；
建立风控效果评估体系，定期对策略效果进行量化分析，在安全拦截与用户误伤之间寻求合理平衡，驱动策略持续迭代。
跨团队协作与项目推动
深入理解业务需求，在风控安全与用户交易体验之间寻求合理平衡，制定兼顾安全性与业务友好度的产品方案；
与业务、运营、合规、法务、客服、算法、工程等多方团队高效协作，推动产品方案落地；
负责产品需求文档的撰写，组织需求评审，跟进开发进度，确保项目按时高质量交付。
行业研究与前沿洞察
持续跟踪加密货币风控领域的技术趋势、链上分析工具（如 Chainalysis、Elliptic 等）的应用进展及行业最佳实践；
研究主流交易所风控产品策略，结合自身业务特点，提出差异化的产品优化建议；
关注新兴欺诈手法与攻击模式的演变趋势，具备前瞻性风险预判能力。
任职要求：
一、基本条件
本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全、金融、统计、数学等相关专业优先；
3 年以上风控产品、策略产品或相关领域工作经验，有加密货币交易所、支付机构或互联网金融平台背景者优先。
二、专业能力
熟悉加密货币交易所常见风险场景及对应风控手段，包括但不限于：
交易风控：刷单套利、自成交、市场操纵、异常交易行为识别；
账户安全：账户盗用、撞库攻击、异常登录识别；
P2P 风控：线下引导欺诈、付款欺诈、团伙刷单；
出入金风控：法币欺诈、信用卡盗刷、资金归集；
具备较强的数据分析能力，能够熟练使用 SQL 或其他数据工具进行数据提取与分析，善于从数据中发现风险规律；
了解风控规则引擎、机器学习模型、图谱风控、链上分析等常见技术方案，具备一定的技术理解与沟通能力；
具备良好的产品文档撰写能力，能够独立完成 PRD、流程图、策略方案及数据分析报告等文档输出。
三、综合素质
具备较强的逻辑思维与结构化表达能力，能够清晰拆解复杂问题并给出系统性解决方案；
具备较强的项目推动能力与跨团队沟通协作能力，能够在资源有限的情况下有效推动目标落地；
具备较强的风险意识与业务敏感度，能够主动识别潜在风险并及时预警；
