The Role
As a Senior Technical Business Analyst (AxiomSL) reporting to Sr. Director - Delivery Management, you'll play a critical role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring Nasdaq's regulatory reporting and data management platforms operate with precision and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions within the AxiomSL platform, aligned to regulatory and reporting standards.
Optimize query performance and database efficiency to support robust, high-availability data infrastructure.
Administer and maintain Oracle database environments, ensuring reliability, security, and operational continuity.
Manage database administration activities including configuration, maintenance, and performance benchmarking.
Monitor database and infrastructure health, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize operational risk.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role within financial services or a regulated industry.
Hands-on expertise in Query Performance Tuning, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex database performance issues.
Strong Oracle DBA skills, including installation, configuration, patching, and ongoing administration.
Solid experience in Database Administration across enterprise-scale environments.
Demonstrated capability in Database and Infrastructure Monitoring, using industry-standard tools to ensure system health and availability.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with AxiomSL or comparable regulatory reporting platforms.
Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulatory technology (RegTech).
Exposure to cloud-based or hybrid database infrastructure.
This position is located in Wrocław, Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days a week in-office.

The annual gross base pay for this role is zł146,000 - zł285,000. At Nasdaq, we use a structured job and career framework to make sure growth opportunities are clear and fair. The pay range you see reflects the full salary band for this job level, including room for progression over time. The actual offer will depend on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will fall within a portion of the posted range that’s appropriate for this role.
