— 5+ years of experience in marketing research, consumer insights, or strategic analytics;
— Prior experience in top-tier market research agencies (e.g. Ipsos, NielsenIQ, Kantar, GfK, or similar);
— Strong expertise in both: quantitative research methodologies and qualitative research methodologies;
— Experience independently managing complex research projects;
— Advanced analytical and storytelling skills;
— Strong presentation and stakeholder communication abilitie;
— Proficiency with research and analytics tools such as: SPSS, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey;

◇ Research Strategy & Project Management:
— Lead end-to-end market research projects from briefing and methodology design to analysis and presentation;
— Define agencies responsible for execution research projects. Handle research budgets. Control quality and timing of research process and research results;
— Define research objectives aligned with business and marketing goals;
— Develop research frameworks, questionnaires, discussion guides, and sampling strategies;
— Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery;
◇ Design and execute quantitative studies including:
— Brand tracking;
— U&A (Usage & Attitude);
— Customer satisfaction;
— Segmentation;
— Concept and product testing;
— Pricing research;
— Campaign effectiveness studies;
◇ Analyze large datasets using statistical and analytical techniques;
◇ Interpret consumer behavior trends and market dynamics;
◇ Build dashboards, reports, and executive summaries with actionable insights;
◇ Lead qualitative research initiatives including:
— In-depth interviews (IDIs);
— Focus groups;
— Online communities;
— Ethnographic studies;
— Customer journey research;
◇ Moderate or support moderation of discussions and workshops;
◇ Extract deep consumer motivations, unmet needs, and behavioral insights;
◇ Synthesize qualitative findings into strategic recommendations;
◇ Insights & Strategic Recommendations:
— Translate research findings into business implications and growth opportunities;
— Present insights clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
— Support marketing, product, brand, and innovation teams with evidence-based recommendations;
— Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging consumer behaviors;
◇ Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration:
— Work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and research partners;
— Manage relationships with panel providers and fieldwork agencies;
— Ensure methodological rigor and research quality standards;
— Experience in: Fintech, Technology, Telecom, E-commerce, FMCG;
— Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and segmentation models;
— Experience with behavioral science or CX research;
— Familiarity with AI-assisted research tools and social listening platforms;
