What you'll do
- Responsible for US stock client back-office management, leading the entire compliant process including account opening review, document verification, account management, and account closure.
- Oversee fund deposit and withdrawal reviews, reconcile fund flow statements, address deposit/withdrawal exceptions, rejected cases, and remittance issues, and ensure complete resolution.
- Handle daily customer inquiries, provide accurate responses regarding account opening, fund transfers, US stock trading, and related issues, maintaining high-quality client communication and support.
- Establish business operation ledgers, compile daily data on account openings and fund transfers, and generate basic operational reports.
- Strictly adhere to compliance requirements and cooperate with internal risk management and clearing & settlement teams for routine operation audits.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in back-office operations in securities firms or the US stock financial industry preferred.
- Familiarity with US stock account opening rules, deposit/withdrawal procedures, and trading regulations, with relevant hands-on experience.
- Basic English reading and writing skills, able to understand overseas business documents and system information; proficient in using Excel for data checks.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, strong communication skills, with a high sense of service, compliance awareness, and resilience under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full-time experience in US brokerage back-office account opening and fund review.
- Possession of securities or fund practitioner certificates.
- Familiarity with US margin trading, options, and securities lending operations preferred.

- 负责美股客户后台管理业务，主导开户审核、资料核验、账户管理、销户等全流程合规操作。
- 负责出入金审核、资金流水核对，处理出入金异常、审核驳回、到账问题，闭环跟进解决。
- 承接客户日常咨询，精准解答开户、出入金、美股交易相关各类问题，做好客户答疑与沟通。
- 建立业务运营台账，统计日常开户、出入金业务数据，输出基础运营报表。
- 严格遵守合规要求，配合内部风控、清结算团队完成日常业务核查。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上券商、美股金融行业后台运营经验优先。
- 熟悉美股开户规则、出入金流程及美股交易规则，有相关业务实操经验。
- 具备基础英文读写能力，可看懂境外业务单据与系统信息；熟练使用Excel做数据核对。
- 工作细致严谨，沟通能力良好，具备较强的服务意识与合规意识，抗压性强。
加分项
- 有美股券商后台开户、出入金审核全职经验；
- 持有证券、基金从业资格证书；
- 熟悉美股保证金、期权、融券基础业务者优先。
