What you'll do
- Responsible for the full-cycle operations of proprietary Omnibus US equity secondary clearing, delivery, and settlement, ensuring accurate and secure settlement of funds and securities.
- Daily coordination with upstream custodian brokers to complete reconciliation of cash and securities positions; independently investigate, follow up, and close reconciliation breaks.
- Monitor daily settlement status, handle settlement exceptions such as failed deliveries and pending trades, and coordinate internal and external resources to mitigate settlement risks.
- Verify and execute various US corporate actions (dividends, stock splits, mergers, etc.) and transfer settlements, ensuring company entitlements.
- Strictly comply with US equity settlement rules and internal policies; proactively monitor, investigate, and report settlement risks.
- Proficiently operate internal clearing and settlement systems, complete data entry, dispatch settlement instructions, confirm reconciliations, and participate in system automation optimization.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly settlement reports, break ledgers, and risk data; cooperate with finance and compliance for audit and inspection.
- Collaborate with trading, risk, technology, and finance teams to optimize settlement processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in US equities clearing and settlement; experience with proprietary Omnibus account settlement preferred; familiarity with US equity trading and settlement mechanisms.
- Proficient in US secondary clearing processes, broker reconciliation, and break resolution; familiarity with corporate actions and transfer settlement workflows.
- Good English reading and writing skills, able to independently review offshore settlement documents and coordinate with overseas brokers; skilled in advanced Excel data processing.
- Strong data sensitivity, attention to detail, resilience under pressure, strong risk awareness, cross-functional communication, and fast learning abilities.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in US equity settlement at overseas brokers, top financial institutions, or proprietary trading firms;
- Possession of securities, fund, or other relevant financial industry certifications;
- Knowledge of clearing and settlement operations related to derivatives or cryptocurrencies is a plus.

- 每日对接上游托管券商，完成现金、证券头寸对账，独立排查、跟进、闭环处理对账差异（Break）。
- 监控每日结算状态，处理交割失败、待处理交易等结算异常，协调内外部资源降低交割风险。
- 负责美股各类公司行动（分红、拆股、合并等）及转仓清算的核对与落地，保障公司权益。
- 严格遵守美股结算规则及内部制度，做好结算风险监控、排查与上报。
- 熟练操作内部清结算系统，完成数据录入、结算指令下发、对账确认，参与系统自动化优化。
- 输出日/周/月结算报表、差异台账、风险数据，配合财务、合规完成审计核查。
- 联动交易、风控、技术、财务团队，优化结算流程，提升整体运营效率。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，金融、会计、经济、数理相关专业优先。
- 3-5年美股清结算实操经验，有自营Omnibus账户结算经验优先，熟悉美股交易与交割机制。
- 精通美股二级清算流程、券商对账及Break处理逻辑，熟悉公司行动、转仓清算流程。
- 英文读写良好，可独立阅读海外结算文件、对接境外券商；熟练Excel高级数据处理功能。
- 数据敏感度高、细致严谨、抗压性强，具备极强风险意识、跨部门沟通能力与业务学习能力。
加分项
- 具备海外券商、头部金融机构、自营交易公司美股结算从业经验；
- 持有证券、基金等金融相关从业证书；
- 了解衍生品、加密货币相关清结算业务优先。
