Key Responsibilities

• Project due diligence
• Generating trade and investment ideas
• Analyzing and tracking market catalysts
• Systematic segment analysis and competitive technology analysis
• Detailed token-economic modeling
• Joining project communities
• Contributing to written research

Focus Areas

The role emphasizes fundamental analysis including novel valuation models, token economics, and project-specific due diligence. Analysts support both early-stage venture deals and liquid market opportunities while identifying emerging narratives in DeFi, NFTs, and Web3.

Requirements & Qualifications

• University degree (STEM preferred; economics and business also applicable)
• Strong writing and communication abilities
• Competency in blockchain-based languages such as Python (highly regarded but not necessary)

• Professional or personal experience analyzing and investing in crypto
• Self-starter with deep curiosity about blockchain
• Preferred: track record or technical knowledge in smart-contract coding, yield farming, or publishing insightful content

Work Environment

The role is remote-first with coverage across Asian and US time zones. The team operates with unconventional, flexible hours.

Compensation

Salary plus a discretionary, performance-based annual bonus.
