BizOps Manager

About the Role As a BizOps Manager you will plan and execute in person programmes in London and globally. You will coordinate client partnerships, manage end to end sales processes and marketing, and oversee in house administration including invoices and team socials. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure events run smoothly and to strengthen the operational backbone of the organisation.

Requirements Early work experience or a recent or upcoming graduate. Strong desire to be a BizOps Manager in a startup. High performer with a proven academic track record (2:1 or above from a leading university). Confident in your abilities and eager to move quickly into a leadership position. Evidence of atypical achievements beyond your undergraduate degree. Interest in Web3 is not required but encouraged. Strong social abilities and people skills demonstrated through team based activities or leadership roles. You should thrive when interacting with others. Clear and focused motivation to join the team and contribute to the operational backbone. Naturally curious with unconventional or obsessive hobbies and interests. High integrity, kindness, and supportiveness. Based in London and able to work in the office most days.

Develop and maintain strong client partnerships, managing end to end sales processes to achieve goals. Execute effective marketing strategies to promote events and initiatives. Oversee in house administration including managing invoices and other operational tasks. Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams to support growth and efficiency.
