Graduate Scheme (Immediate or Flexible Start)

About the Role During the 6 month graduate scheme you will contribute to a variety of departments including Operations, Programme Management, Marketing and Business Development. You will take on real responsibilities, learn on the job, and rotate through departments to develop a broad skill set. You will work with colleagues across the startup and gain practical experience.

Requirements Recent or upcoming graduate with potential start date High academic performance (2:1 or higher from a leading university) Evidence of atypical achievement beyond undergraduate degree Strong social and people skills with teamwork or leadership experience Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Based in London Interest in Web3 or Emerging Tech is encouraged

Responsibilities Contribute to a variety of departments across Operations Programme Management Marketing and Business Development during the 6 month programme. Take on meaningful responsibility and participate in on the job learning and department rotations. Collaborate with team members to support project delivery and operational execution.
