Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and industry benchmarks to attract high-calibre executive talents
Utilise a variety of sourcing methods including direct search, networking, industry events, and online platforms to identify potential candidates
Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process, providing an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, transparency, and professionalism
Build and maintain a strong network of executive candidates through ongoing relationship management
Develop and maintain talent maps for key positions of the company, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership
Use data-driven insights and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes
Requirements:
4+ years of proven experience in recruitment with expertise hiring for executive level positions
Strong understanding of leadership assessment, and industry-specific talent acquisition strategies
Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, tools, and best practices
Expertise hiring on international markets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment technologies
Excellent written and verbal English skills
