Senior Manager - Talent Operations

About the Role You will build and scale recruiting frameworks and processes to ensure efficient, consistent, high-quality hiring. You will manage interview scheduling, workflows, SLAs, and end-to-end recruiting operations. You will own and optimize the ATS and other talent systems, maintain data integrity, create documentation and hiring playbooks, develop recruiting metrics and dashboards, evaluate and manage vendors and tools, identify automation opportunities, and lead and develop Talent Coordinators to deliver a strong candidate experience.

Requirements Experience leading recruiting operations or talent coordination in a scaling environment Player coach mentality with ability to lead from the front Hands-on experience managing ATS and talent tooling Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency Experience managing or mentoring team members Data-driven approach with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment Based in Eastern or Central time
