— 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar technical role.
— Strong experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
— Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud operations.
— Experience working with containerized environments and Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms.
— Understanding of CI/CD concepts and modern deployment workflows.
— Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
— Good understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing, and certificates.
— Scripting or automation experience using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
— Understanding of infrastructure security, access control, secrets management, and operational best practices.
— Ability to document technical processes, runbooks, and operational procedures clearly.
— Support cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
— Maintain platform reliability, monitoring, deployments, access control, backups, and documentation.
— Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and automate repetitive operational tasks.
— Work with engineering, data, and AI teams to support business delivery.
— Experience with infrastructure-as-code or configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
— Experience supporting production and non-production environments.
— Experience with database infrastructure operations, backups, and availability support.
— Experience supporting data, AI, ML, or high-performance computing environments is a plus.
— Familiarity with GitOps tools, deployment automation, or platform engineering practices.
— Cloud, Kubernetes, Linux, or security certifications are an advantage.
