As part of CoinDCX’s Talent Acquisition team, you will own hiring across our Go-To-Market functions, helping us attract, assess, and hire high-impact talent across Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Communications, Customer Experience, Business Development, and other commercial teams.
This is not a transactional recruiting role. We are looking for a talent athlete who combines structured execution with strong business acumen and sourcing excellence. You will operate as a strategic hiring partner to leaders, influence hiring decisions through data, and build talent pipelines that enable business growth.

You will be responsible for Talent Acquisition efforts across six strategic pillars.
* Own end-to-end hiring across revenue and non revenue business units * Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and talent priorities * Deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience
* Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs * Conduct market mapping and identify top talent across target companies and industries * Drive innovative sourcing strategies across referrals, networks, and direct search channels
* Evaluate candidates for functional capability, leadership potential, and culture fit. * Drive structured interview processes and hiring calibrations. * Maintain a high hiring bar while ensuring efficient decision-making.
* Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams. * Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations. * Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
* Own key recruiting metrics including Hiring TAT, Conversion Rates, Offer Acceptance, and Source Effectiveness. * Ensure process compliance, ATS hygiene, and reporting accuracy. * Continuously improve recruiting processes through data-driven insights.
You'll Excel In This Role If You
* 5–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth technology, fintech, or consumer internet companies. * Proven success hiring across GTM functions, revenue and non revenue roles. * Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate assessment capabilities. * Data-driven approach with the ability to influence hiring decisions through insights and market intelligence. * High ownership, execution rigor, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
* Experience hiring for marketing, growth, performance marketing, partnerships, product marketing, communications, and commercial leadership roles * Exposure to high-volume and niche GTM hiring environments * Experience building sourcing strategies for leadership hiring * Prior experience in fintech, technology, consumer internet, SaaS, or startup ecosystems * Strong understanding of GTM organizational structures and talent trends
