— 2–5 years of experience as an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager / Client Manager in a crypto, fintech, payments, or IT product company
— Proven experience managing B2B clients, preferably merchants, partners, or enterprise accounts
— Strong understanding of crypto products and infrastructure (wallets, blockchain networks, stablecoins, on-chain transactions, confirmations, fees)
— Experience with crypto payments, exchanges, or blockchain-based platforms
— Ability to explain technical and crypto-related concepts to non-technical clients
— Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
— Experience coordinating client issues with Customer Support, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
— Understanding of KYC/AML, compliance, and risk-sensitive environments
— Experience managing onboarding, renewals, and account growth
— Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
— Upper-intermediate written and verbal English (B2+), additional languages are a plus
— Strong analytical skills to track account health, usage metrics, and churn signals
— High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
— Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling product environment
— Comfortable handling escalations and high-value clients
— Experience working with international customers and multiple time zones
— Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and understand their needs.
— Advocating for client needs within the organization.
— Conducting product onboarding and training sessions for clients.
— Identifying opportunities to expand products or services within existing accounts.
— Overseeing contract negotiations and renewals.
— Gathering and analyzing market trends and client feedback.
— Providing regular updates on account performance and sales metrics.
— Having a solid grasp of the company's products and services.
— Working with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of client initiatives.
— Night Shift: From 23:00 to 06:00 CET - 5/2 (Mon-Fri).
— Experience with APIs, integrations, payment flows, or merchant dashboards.
