About the Role As a Payment Partnerships Intern at CoinDCX , you’ll work at the intersection of banking, payments, compliance, and financial innovation. You’ll help build and strengthen the payment infrastructure that powers seamless user experiences for millions of customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to payment partnerships, banking operations, regulatory frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration in one of India’s fastest-growing fintech sectors. What You’ll Do * Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential banking and payment partners to strengthen the payments ecosystem. * Support projects related to bank account onboarding, management, and operational processes. * Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to execute payment-related initiatives. * Analyze existing payment workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and user experience. * Monitor payment performance, industry trends, and competitor practices to identify opportunities for optimization. * Stay updated on regulatory developments across payments, VDA, and fintech, and support compliance initiatives where required. You’ll Excel in This Role If You * Have a strong interest in payments, banking, fintech, and financial infrastructure. * Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. * Take ownership of tasks and consistently follow through on commitments. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively. * Pay close attention to detail, especially when working with documentation and operational processes. * Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn about the evolving payments and regulatory landscape. You’ll Know You’re Winning When * You have successfully supported onboarding and engagement with multiple banking or payment partners. * You have contributed to process improvements that enhance payment operations or partner management workflows. * You are independently managing assigned projects and stakeholder communications. * Your insights and recommendations are helping improve payment success rates, operational efficiency, or partner experience. * You have developed a strong understanding of payment regulations, banking processes, and fintech operations. What We’re Looking For * Bachelor’s degree completed in any discipline. * Available to work full-time during the internship. * Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months. Preferred Skills * Understanding of banking documentation, payment systems, and operational processes. * Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is a plus. * Prior exposure to fintech, payments, or banking operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
