This isn’t a typical internship role.
As an Enterprise Onboarding Intern, you will work closely with our Institutional & Enterprise team to help businesses access and participate in the digital asset ecosystem. You will engage with prospective enterprise clients, understand their requirements, and support them through every stage of the onboarding journey.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise sales, client relationship management, KYC and compliance processes, cryptocurrency markets, and cross-functional collaboration in one of India’s fastest-growing fintech companies.
* Drive engagement with inbound, missed, and pending enterprise leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels. * Qualify prospective enterprise clients by understanding their business model, trading requirements, and onboarding needs. * Support clients throughout the enterprise account opening journey, ensuring timely completion of documentation and KYC requirements. * Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, KYC, Product, and Relationship Management teams to facilitate seamless onboarding experiences. * Maintain accurate lead trackers, onboarding records, and client databases while ensuring data integrity. * Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports highlighting onboarding progress, conversion metrics, pending cases, and key escalations. * Deliver a professional and positive customer experience by resolving queries and proactively addressing onboarding bottlenecks. * Collect client feedback and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders to improve onboarding processes.

* Have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with business clients. * Are highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously. * Possess strong attention to detail, especially when handling documentation and compliance-related processes. * Take ownership of tasks and proactively drive outcomes without constant supervision. * Thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to changing priorities. * Enjoy collaborating across teams and building relationships with diverse stakeholders. * Have an interest in fintech, financial markets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain technology. * Are comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and CRM tools to manage client data effectively.
* You are consistently engaging and qualifying enterprise leads while maintaining strong follow-up discipline. * Enterprise onboarding timelines are improving through your proactive coordination and stakeholder management. * Clients report a smooth and positive onboarding experience. * Lead trackers, onboarding reports, and MIS dashboards remain accurate and up to date. * You successfully identify and escalate onboarding bottlenecks before they impact customer experience. * You develop a strong understanding of enterprise onboarding, compliance processes, and digital asset markets.
