— Experience: 5–7+ years as a CRO, Revenue Director, or Strategy/Growth Director in the international Fintech sector (neobanks, payment gateways, crypto services).
— From-Scratch Execution Blueprint: A proven track record of personally (hands-on) creating data analysis and revenue management systems, rather than just managing an inherited team.
— Fintech DNA: Deep understanding of financial technology business models in the context of the 2026–2027 market landscape.
— Data-Driven & AI Stack: Full proficiency in predictive analytics, unit economics, and core metrics (LTV, CAC, ARR, NRR, Churn). Ability to leverage AI tools for market scoring and automation.
— Language Skills: Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate / Fluent) is critical for handling international markets.
— Matrix Leadership: Ability to influence the parallel Commercial Department and the Product/R&D teams without direct administrative authority (relying on data, business logic, and solid arguments).
— Launching the Revenue Function from Scratch: Designing, systematizing, and launching the strategic revenue management processes across the entire holding.
— Global Market Scouting (2026–2027 Realities): Continuous scanning for new regions with the highest revenue potential for the holding's B2B/B2C fintech products.
— Predictive Risk Analysis: Evaluating market entry barriers, including licensing, compliance, and competitive landscapes.
— Pricing & Monetization Architecture: Finding optimal monetization models (SaaS, transaction fees, hybrid models) to maximize gross profit.
— Cross-Functional Influence: Channeling commercial insights and revenue requirements to the Product team, while setting scaling targets for the parallel Commercial Department (Sales/Accounts).
— Designing the Future Department: Developing the organizational structure and managing the step-by-step hiring plan for your own team (Revenue Analysts, Pricing Managers, Financial Analytics) as operations scale.
