About the Role
You apply your expertise in networking and automation to ensure that the infrastructure is robust, scalable, and efficient. You will design automated solutions using tools such as Ansible Python Jinja Terraform device APIs GenAI and Chatbots. You promptly triage and resolve issues with automated systems, minimizing operational disruptions. You develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, using automation to streamline the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in networking focused automation engineering and a proven track record of delivering successful solutions.
- Experience with Equinix is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in scripting and coding languages such as Python Go Bash to automate complex tasks.
- Hands-on experience with network hardware including Cisco Juniper Arista devices.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols such as BGP OSPF MC-LAG DNS and DHCP.
- Solid understanding of TCP/UDP DNS IPv4 and IPv6.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and their automation services.
- Strong communication and partnership skills.
