About the Role
You will support the sales process and learn how to manage real institutional relationships. You will update the CRM and maintain the customer database. You will prepare sales reports and dashboards and pipeline reviews using Excel and BI tools. You will conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform territory planning. You will assist in drafting client facing materials such as pitch decks and pricing quotes. You will coordinate events and schedule demos. You will participate in lead handoff to marketing and product when applicable. You may take on ad hoc projects to improve sales efficiency.
Requirements
- 6-month commitment; not considering part-time or shorter-term arrangements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree (any discipline; Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, STEM preferred)
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts); knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM is a strong advantage
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability or availability within 2–4 weeks is preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end sales process: lead qualification, CRM updates, proposal preparation, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain accurate customer database
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline reviews using Excel and BI tools (Looker / Tableau is a plus)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support territory planning
- Assist in drafting client-facing materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, pricing quotes
- Coordinate sales events, client meetings, and demo schedules
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on campaign-to-lead handoff
- Ad-hoc projects to improve sales efficiency (e.g., process documentation, automation ideas)
