About the Role
You will solve real IT problems from day one and work on hands-on projects that improve internal operations. You will complete onboarding and training, learn the company IT infrastructure and compliance requirements, and receive one-on-one mentorship. You will handle helpdesk requests for hardware, software, accounts and connectivity, manage employee devices and monitors, administer user accounts and access permissions, and maintain documentation to meet compliance needs. Later in the program you will lead improvement projects, identify recurring issues, and propose or implement fixes to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from Computer Science Business Informatics or IT Management or equivalent practical knowledge
- Structured reliable and communicative problem solver
- Curiosity about AI tools and automation
- Comfortable with Linux macOS and Windows
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Nice to have scripting experience in Python or bash
- Nice to have experience with MDM tools
- Nice to have experience with AI workflow automation platforms such as Make Zapier or n8n
