About the Role
You'll work at the intersection of customers and builders to help shape what gets built and why. You'll talk directly to customers to understand how they use the product and where it falls short, and build a deep understanding of user workflows, especially in data-heavy environments. You'll identify and clearly define the most important problems to solve, then turn those insights into clear proposals for product direction. You'll move across engineering teams, focusing on where your context is most useful, and work closely with engineers and designers to shape solutions and tradeoffs. You'll bring clarity to ambiguous problems so teams can move quickly and make good decisions. Product is led directly by the CEO, and you'll work closely with him along with engineering and design leadership to shape direction and priorities.
