About the Role
You will support the analysis, selection, allocation, and monitoring of the fund's investments, primarily tech/media/design public equities on NYSE/NASDAQ, plus alternative assets. You'll drive the tactical execution behind the fund's operations, interfacing with legal, tech, and the investment committee. You will build and maintain performance, risk, liquidity, and control reports using Excel and SQL, and use AI tools to sharpen your analysis, productivity, and insights.
Requirements
- Availability to work on-site 3-4 days a week in Pinheiros, São Paulo
- Financial-market knowledge from investment competitions, financial-market leagues, investing hackathons, or building own tools for investment analysis and trading
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Excel for controls, analysis, and reporting
- High agency and ownership
- Adaptability and comfort in a fast-changing environment
- Genuine interest in financial markets, technology, and using AI in daily workflow
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English
- 1+ year in financial markets, preferably in public equities, bonus if in the US market (nice to have)
- Experience at banks, brokerages, or financial institutions working with similar instruments (nice to have)
- Experience with Python or other data tools (nice to have)
- Certifications completed or in progress such as CFG, CGA, CPA-20, CEA, or CFA (nice to have)
