About the Role
You will own and grow an existing book of business, deepening relationships and driving retention rather than purely hunting new logos. You will focus on up-selling, cross-selling and renewals across your SME accounts, while proactively building and nurturing long-term multi-stakeholder relationships. You will maximise feature and product alignment to deliver the best value to clients, monitor and forecast your pipeline within the company CRM, and present, negotiate and structure complex pricing models for your designated accounts. You will follow account management processes, provide feedback to your management, act as a voice of the customer, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the user experience, all while consistently achieving and exceeding your targets.
Requirements
- A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience)
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Sales and/or Account Management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector
- Excellent written and verbal English and French; other languages are a plus
- Analytical mindset
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Aircall)
- High level of organisation, prioritisation and accountability with willingness to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- KYB, AML and risk mitigation knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of specifications of your designated market is a plus
- Proficiency in AI tools is a plus
