About the Role
You will support the TMGM sales team by ensuring data is accurate, insights are actionable, and operations run smoothly. You'll collect, clean, and prepare large datasets from multiple internal systems, then turn them into routine and ad-hoc reports for different departments. You'll analyse key performance indicators and sales data to build reports and dashboards that help stakeholders make informed decisions. You'll support sales strategy by developing data-driven forecasts and helping design effective sales initiatives and incentive programs. You'll manage sales-related case handling by working closely with Sales, IT, and Compliance teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes. You'll also coordinate cross-departmental projects, organizing meetings and tracking progress, while communicating professionally with internal teams and clients to resolve challenges with diplomacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data analysis, finance, business operations, or a related field
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, basic PivotTables, etc.) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and python, SQL
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle tasks with precision
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and show initiative in seeking solutions
