About the Role
You'll be the second in command for LemFi's Legal Department, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. This is high-impact, versatile leadership where you'll balance strategic advisory with hands-on execution across financing, M&A, corporate transactions, product launches, and global compliance. You'll be a key partner to the CLO, stepping in to lead the department in her absence and handling a broad portfolio of high-stakes legal matters. You won't be managing a function from a distance — you'll be in the work, making the calls, and scaling the legal infrastructure as the company expands globally.
