About the Role
You'll own the roadmap that scales LemFi's fastest-growing pillar, Credit. You'll set sharp priorities, turn portfolio insight into shippable outcomes, and make commercial trade-offs between growth, risk, customer experience, and unit economics. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, risk, decision science, and commercial teams, living in the data yourself rather than waiting for someone else to interpret it. This is hands-on work for someone who understands that running a credit product means managing a live portfolio with real money at stake, not just shipping features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management in consumer credit, lending or fintech, with hands-on exposure to managing a live lending portfolio
- Prior experience in credit risk, marketing analytics, finance or data science
- Strong commercial instinct, fluent in unit economics, loss rates, conversion funnels and vintage performance
- SQL fluency or equivalent
- Demonstrable track record using AI tools to drive efficiency, quality and delivery speed
- Track record of owning a roadmap and shipping outcomes that moved meaningful business metrics
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across risk, engineering, operations and commercial
- Familiarity with credit decisioning, scorecards or decision engines (nice to have)
- Experience scaling a credit product from early stage through rapid growth (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Set sharp priorities across your product area, balancing growth, risk, customer experience and unit economics
- Get into the detail of portfolio performance and convert that insight into product changes that move conversion, loss rates, activation and retention
- Use AI deliberately to remove friction from internal workflows, speed up discovery and prototyping, and unlock product experiences that wouldn't otherwise be economic to build
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering on requirements, edge cases, QA and launch
- Partner with the Credit Product Lead to deliver end-to-end across acquisition, underwriting, servicing and collections
- Keep Credit Risk, Decision Science, Operations, Compliance and Commercial aligned and bought in while protecting the team's focus
- Track KPIs across acquisition, penetration, retention, loss and unit economics and communicate results and trade-offs to leadership
