CFD Crypto Account Manager - Mandarin Speaking

About the Role

You'll drive business growth by promoting and selling TMGM's CFD crypto products, focusing on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and other mainstream cryptocurrencies. You'll use your sales skills to identify, develop and build client pipelines within the crypto space, establishing strong relationships with new clients for long-term partnerships. You'll stay closely tuned to Bitcoin and crypto market trends, analyzing blockchain and market information to give clients professional insights and trading opportunities. You'll deliver excellent customer service across phone, email and online chat, responding quickly to inquiries and resolving issues clients face on the CFD trading platform. You'll keep clients informed of market movements and platform tools, and gather their feedback and needs. You'll work towards KPIs including sales targets and client satisfaction scores, while continuously expanding your knowledge of Bitcoin, blockchain technology and the broader crypto industry to better serve clients and hit your goals.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Bitcoin and broader cryptocurrency trading is preferred
• Prior experience working in the financial industry particularly with crypto assets is preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell TMGM's CFD crypto products with a focus on Bitcoin and other mainstream cryptocurrencies
• Identify develop and build client pipelines within the crypto space
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with new crypto clients
• Analyze blockchain and crypto market information to provide clients with insights and trading opportunities
• Deliver customer service through phone email and online chat
• Respond to and resolve client inquiries and issues on the CFD trading platform
• Communicate market dynamics and platform tools to clients and collect their feedback
• Achieve sales targets and client satisfaction KPIs
• Continuously learn Bitcoin and crypto market knowledge and TMGM's trading platforms
• Contribute to team and individual performance metrics
