About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll drive sales for TMGM's products and services while delivering exceptional service across all communication channels. You'll independently identify and generate client pipelines using your strong sales skills, and build lasting relationships with new clients. You'll respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries, resolving issues effectively to ensure satisfaction. You'll work towards specific KPIs to meet or exceed sales targets, continuously expanding your knowledge of the markets, the FX industry, and TMGM's platforms and products, striving to contribute to both team and individual success.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry
- Previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer service, sales, outbound/inbound support, or consulting is advantageous
- Willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers
- Confident communication skills or motivation to enhance communication abilities
- Strong ownership of responsibilities and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent overall communication abilities, including adapting approaches to suit various audiences
- Proficiency in English and preferably another Asian language such as Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, or Filipino
