About the Role
You will spearhead the growth and optimization of TMGM's partner network, building high-performing strategic alliances across diverse markets. You'll proactively identify and secure new partnerships, negotiate agreements that maximize mutual value, and foster long-term relationships with partners as a trusted advisor. You'll collaborate with partners on joint marketing, events, and activations to deliver measurable trading volume, client acquisition, and revenue outcomes. You'll also provide tailored training and branded resources to empower partners, analyze partner performance for actionable insights, monitor market and regulatory trends, and work closely with internal teams to execute partnership initiatives while upholding compliance and risk standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership development, preferably within financial services or fintech
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and results orientation
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
- A proactive approach with a passion for building and nurturing high-value relationships

- Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to execute partnership initiatives
- Uphold regulatory standards and internal policies across partner activities
