About the Role
You will support the execution of client lifecycle marketing campaigns designed to increase client engagement, retention, and trading activity. You will coordinate end-to-end promotional campaign processes, from feasibility assessment and planning support through to execution coordination and platform implementation. You will review and validate promotion rules and campaign mechanics to ensure they are operationally feasible and consistent with system capabilities. You will liaise with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to support campaign approval and implementation. You will assist with campaign system configuration, launch processes, and post-launch operational support, and monitor campaign performance while preparing basic reports on client participation and engagement outcomes. You will also support the development and maintenance of SOPs, campaign documentation, and internal training materials, and maintain campaign tracking records to ensure timely execution of promotional activities across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, campaign operations or promotional roles, with experience in financial services highly regarded
- Strong understanding of marketing campaign execution and client engagement strategies
- Ability to analyse data and interpret campaign performance metrics
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
