About the Role
You will work with the co-founders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world, and create hiring playbooks. You will go beyond scope of work and priorities, doing whatever it takes to win with freedom and ownership. You will track pipelines and conversion rates, using data to continuously improve how the team hires. You will be one of the first impressions of ARQ, telling its story in a way that excites and converts top talent. You will move with urgency, acting fast without sacrificing quality. You will design scalable processes, tools, and rituals that turn the talent team into a world-class machine, and continuously iterate on outreach, interviews, and processes to get better every week.
Requirements
- Proven track record of hiring A players in a fast paced environment
- Precise sourcing skills, not solely relying on inbound applicants
- Resourcefulness and ability to leverage LinkedIn and team network to source candidates
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- High EQ to understand candidate motivations and assess cultural fit
- Excellent organisation skills to manage candidate funnel with attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team with a track record as a proven closer
